The fastest and most convenient option. Use our secure online payment portal to make a payment from anywhere at any time. No need to call in or come in.
Prefer to speak with someone? You are welcome to call our office and provide your credit card details over the phone. Our front desk team will take care of the rest.
If you prefer to mail a check, simply make it payable to Sacksteder Orthodontics and send it to our office address. Please include your name and account information on the memo line so we can apply it correctly.
You are always welcome to stop by the office and pay in person. We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash at the front desk during regular office hours.

Treatment Payment Options
Once you decide to move forward with treatment, we offer two flexible payment structures to fit your financial situation. We will walk you through both at your records appointment, and together we will choose the plan that works best for you.
This is our most popular option for patients who prefer to spread payments over the course of treatment. Here is how it works:
If you prefer to pay your entire treatment fee upfront, we reward that with a discount. Paying in full is a great option for patients who want to simplify their finances and avoid monthly deductions.
Pay-in-Full Discounts
Cash /Check /Debit Card: Receive 5% off your total treatment fee
Credit Card: Receive 3% off your total treatment fee
These discounts apply when the full balance is paid at the start of treatment. Ask our front desk team for the exact dollar savings on your specific treatment plan.
We want to be completely upfront about one thing: we do not send invoices or bills. All payment arrangements are made and agreed upon at the start of your treatment. From that point on, if you are on the monthly auto-draft plan, payments happen automatically on schedule. If you paid in full, there is nothing more to do on the financial side.There are no surprise invoices, no end-of-month statements, and no billing department chasing you down. We like to keep things simple and transparent from day one.
